Education-focused Projects and Events
Kanchan Foundation has done several projects related to education-related projects such as improving infrastructure for schools.
Continue to support the primary and secondary schools in various villages, including Pachhegam, Vallabhipur, Shihor, Amreli, Ahmedabad, Maidhar, Rajpipla, and Dediapada. The Kanchan Foundation’s initiative to provide complementary and supplemental education to K-7 students in villages surrounding Pachhegam has been highly successful. Expanding the program on a larger scale since their is great interest in other villages as well.
Mydhar School : Noteworthy highlights include the significant contributions made by Kanchan Foundation to Pandit Sukhlalji Lok Vidyalaya in the village of Maidhar, Bhavnagar district. Major achievement in year 2024 was the successful implementation of the PAD project and the much needed addition of a girls’ bathroom for students of the school.
